Take a Deep Breath and Count to Ten
First, the lady ahead of me in the Express line had more than 8 items. Then, on the drive home, a guy cut me off and gave me the finger. I've been taking calls from telemarketers all night, and on the news, the politician I voted against just got caught lying again.
Take another deep breath, and keep counting.
